Privacy

Short version: the tools do not collect anything about you. Whatever you type into one stays in your own browser, on your own device. We never receive it and could not look at it if we wanted to. That is true of every tool on this site, and it is not going to change.

What we do count

We count how many times each tool was opened, how many times it was actually used, and how many visits were not a first visit. These are counters — a number per tool per day. No names, no email addresses, no device identifiers, no IP addresses, and no record of any individual visit. We cannot tell who used a tool, only how many times it was used.

Notifications, if you asked for them

If you tapped Yes when we asked about notifications, your browser gave us an address it made up for the purpose, plus two keys that let us encrypt messages so only your browser can read them. We store those, along with your browser and device type, your language, the page you were on when you agreed, and the exact words you agreed to.

That address identifies a browser, not a person. It carries no name, no email address and no advertising identifier, and none can be worked out from it. We cannot use it to find you anywhere else, and nobody else can use it at all — messages sent to it are encrypted to a key only your browser holds.

We use it to tell you when there is something new that is likely to be useful to you — at most a few times a month, never between 9pm and 8am. Nothing you typed into a tool is ever included, because we do not have it.

To stop them: turn notifications off for this site in your browser’s site settings, or on a phone, in the settings for the installed app. That is instant and needs nothing from us. When we notice your browser has stopped accepting messages we delete the record entirely.

If you write to us

Every tool has a form for reporting a problem. We receive the message you type and nothing else — no address is attached to it. If you want a reply you have to include a way to reach you, and then we hold that only until the matter is closed.

Advertising

This site carries no advertising. No ad network is loaded on any page, nothing sets a cookie, and no third-party script runs here at all — the server is configured to refuse them, so it is not merely a promise. If that ever changes, this page changes first and says exactly what is loaded and what it does.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be erased. For the tools the answer is normally “none”. If you have notifications on, it is the notification record described above, and turning notifications off erases it. Write to us and we will confirm in writing.

Children

These tools are not directed at children and collect nothing from anyone.

Changes

When what we do changes, this page changes with it. It was last amended on 6 August 2026, to describe notifications.
